*  Training courses for stewarding and kitchen team  will be provided after an assesment and  detailed report for your F& B  department(  HACCP – Food hygiene –breakage control  – Handling guest complain .. etc.)
* Those training could be certified .
*  Practical training will be provided to your estimated hotel on deep and detailed cleaning in colaboration with your stewarding department twice a month .

 Bacterial examination and bacterial swab

*  swaps from different areas  in kitchen and determine the total bacterial count and types of bacteria
*  swaps from chefs hands and determine the total bacterial count and types of bacteria
